Senior District and Sessions Judge
Mr. Md. Emdadul Haque was born on 1st February, 1979 AD in Fatepur village under Shibganj Upazila of Chapainawabganj district. He obtained LLB and LLM degrees from Rajshahi University. After that, he joined as an Assistant Judge in Natore through 22nd BCS (1st BJS). Later, he worked as a Senior Assistant Judge and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate in Rajshahi, as a Joint District and Sessions Judge in Jamalpur, as an Additional District and Sessions Judge in Bogura and Rajshahi and as a Judge (District and Sessions Judge) of Nari O Shishu Nirjaton Domon Tribunal in Natore and Rajshahi. He joined as the Senior District and Sessions Judge in Panchagarh on 2nd March, 2025 AD. His identification number is- 2006201033.
During his career, he has undergone various trainings at home and abroad including training at the West Bengal Judicial Academy in India in 2011, visiting various courts in Kolkata and Darjeeling including the Kolkata High Court, training at the National Judicial Academy of India, Bhopal and Kerala Judicial Academy in 2018.
Currently, under his leadership, the Judiciary of Panchagarh is working to ensure justice for the people of Panchagarh.
